Current Project Mpakeni Dam
In line with the 2022-27 EWADE Corporate Strategy, which addresses “Growth and Sustainability”, the inauguration of the Mpakeni Dam by His Majesty King Mswati III, on the 11th August 2023 marked progress towards achieving almost all seventeen (17) UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). Primarily, SDG1-No Poverty, SDG2-Zero Hunger, SDG3-Good Health and Wellbeing, SDG6- Clean Water and Sanitation, SDG 7- Affordable and Clean Energy, SDG8-Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG9-Industry Innovation and Infrastructure, SDG11-Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG13-Climate Action
